Cody came from wanting to put an advertisment at the end of Superhero Spectacle 1, Alex created a guy with big eyes, a hat like Mario's with 'arker' underneath the 'M', and skinny arms with gloves on them.
In Superhero Spectacle #1, he advertises Marker Comics hats, which can be bought from Marker Comics for $10.
